April was a power packed month! May has started off with a ton of things going on.
I would like to start this month off with one single thought that cannot afford to get lost in the shuffle of daily life.
"At the end of the day what do you do for you?"
I've been working with what I have in the house to rearrange my home, my life, the energy around me and my down time. I ask you, "What can you do to make life easier for you? What can you change? What can you rearrange? What can be rebuilt in your life to give you more down time?"
At the end of the day to just simply relax (in a hammock, in a chair, on the grass... matters not where) is so vitally important in maintaining good overall health. I ask you this week to "gift" yourself at least 15 minutes at the end of the day to de-stress, detox and detach from all of the events from your day. Just be there for yourself. This is a gift I believe you will find to be priceless. Most of all... you deserve this!
I wish you peace in your heart and stars in your eyes, for if they are shining there can be nothing else but peace.
